• Again, very conservative bank lending criteria historically, so banks still have strong balance sheets

• Most properties bought without mortgage finance, so property prices not impacted by banking problems

• Huge discounts at key properties.

• Example properties are in areas around the world famous Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane developments

• Award-winning launch at Portico

 

Leasebacks

• French deals with 18 year guaranteed rental income, thus very low risk for the client and the lending bank

• Latest deal is a wonderful Paris city centre leaseback with 18 years guaranteed rental income

 

Developer financing

• At times like this, developers may struggle to finance projects with bank money, so look to companies like us to provide this financing. In turn, this deals are passed to our clients and can often generate in excess of 20% per annum guaranteed.
